Description

Ingredients

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 23 red chilies, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, drain well, and rinse briefly in cold water.
  2. In a large pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat until it shimmers.
  3. Add minced garlic and chopped chilies, sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in sliced bell pepper and julienned carrot, cooking for another 3-4 minutes until tender but crisp.
  5. Add the cooked noodles, drizzle in soy sauce, salt, and pepper, stirring for about 2 minutes until evenly coated.
  6. Toss in chopped green onions before serving warm.

Notes

For a gluten-free version, use rice noodles and ensure soy sauce is gluten-free. Adjust chili quantity for desired spiciness.
