- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup canned corn, drained
- 1 can (4 oz) diced green chilies
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 cup diced red bell pepper
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Tortilla chips or crusty bread for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth and well blended.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, canned corn, diced green chilies, smoked paprika, and cayenne pepper.
- Add the red bell pepper and green onions, then season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Place the dish in the preheated oven and bake for 20–25 minutes until heated through and slightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips or slices of crusty bread.
Notes
For optimal taste, serve immediately after baking. You can customize spice levels according to preference.
