- 1 pound Velveeta cheese (cut into cubes)
- 1 cup sour cream

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess fat.
- Transfer browned sausage to a slow cooker.
- Add Velveeta cheese cubes to the slow cooker.
- Stir in sour cream, red onion, jalapeño, salsa, milk, black pepper, and garlic powder.
- Cover and cook on high for 1.5 to 2 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
