- 2 lb Jumbo shrimp
- 16 Corn tortillas
- 2 cups Green cabbage, shredded
- 2 cups Purple cabbage, shredded
- 2 Avocados
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Avocado oil
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Ancho chili powder
Instructions
- Prepare the cilantro lime slaw by mixing shredded cabbages, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Make the avocado crema using a food processor to blend avocados, garlic, cilantro, spices, and lime juice until smooth.
- Season shrimp with spices and sear in a non-stick skillet with avocado oil until cooked through.
- Heat corn tortillas on another skillet until warm and pliable.
- Assemble tacos by spreading avocado crema on tortillas and topping with slaw and shrimp.
Notes
Rinse shrimp before cooking for a clean taste. Warm tortillas on low heat to prevent tearing.
