Description

A flavorful, nutrient-packed meal featuring salmon fillets stuffed with a creamy mixture of spinach, cream cheese, and mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the chopped spinach, cream cheese, minced garlic, and mozzarella cheese until well combined.
  3. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
  4. Carefully cut a pocket into each salmon fillet, being careful not to cut all the way through.
  5. Stuff each pocket with the spinach mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed salmon fillets on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flaky.
  8. Serve warm and enjoy!
