- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the steak bites and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for an additional minute.
- Reduce heat to medium and pour in the heavy cream, stirring well.
- Gradually add the grated parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and combined.
- Toss the cooked pasta in the skillet with the creamy steak sauce until well coated.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For a lighter option, use whole wheat or gluten-free pasta. Add vegetables like spinach or cherry tomatoes for added nutrition.
