Description

A delicious and comforting dish featuring tender steak bites paired with creamy garlic butter Alfredo pasta.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb beef steak, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 8 oz shell pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the shell pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat. Season the steak bites with salt and pepper, then sear until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring in Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked pasta back into the skillet, mixing well with the sauce, then gently fold in the seared steak bites.
  6. Serve warm, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.

Notes

For a vegan option, swap steak with grilled mushrooms or tofu and use cashew cream. Adjusting cooking times may be necessary.
