Ingredients

  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces

  • 8 ounces button mushrooms, whole
  • 1/4 cup olive oil (for marinating)
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for marinating)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)

Instructions

  1. Marinate the steak cubes by combining olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Coat the steak cubes and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare vegetables by cutting bell peppers and onion into 1-inch pieces.
  3. Alternate threading the steak and vegetables onto skewers, creating a colorful and appetizing arrangement.
  4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches the desired doneness (medium is about 145ยฐF).
