- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, whole
- 1/4 cup olive oil (for marinating)
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce (for marinating)
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
Instructions
- Marinate the steak cubes by combining olive oil, soy sauce, minced garlic, black pepper, and salt in a bowl. Coat the steak cubes and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
- Prepare vegetables by cutting bell peppers and onion into 1-inch pieces.
- Alternate threading the steak and vegetables onto skewers, creating a colorful and appetizing arrangement.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill kabobs for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak reaches the desired doneness (medium is about 145ยฐF).
- Let the kabobs rest for a few minutes before serving. Optionally, drizzle with olive oil or sprinkle with fresh herbs for an extra touch.
