Description

A flavorful marinade that makes for a tender and juicy steak, perfect for any dinner occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, red wine vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, rosemary, and thyme until combined.
  2. Season the marinade with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Place your steak in a resealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it.
  4. Seal the bag and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best results.
  5. Remove the steak from the marinade and cook as desired, either by grilling, pan-frying, or broiling.
