Ingredients

- 4 chicken thighs
- 1 cup apple cider
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 cups mixed greens (cabbage, carrots, etc.)
- 1/2 cup apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together apple cider, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Place the marinated chicken in a baking dish and pour the remaining marinade over it.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Toss together mixed greens, sliced apple, cranberries, walnuts, apple cider vinegar, olive oil, and Dijon mustard to make the slaw.
- Serve the sticky chicken over the slaw and enjoy!
