- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- 8 oz noodles (preferably egg or rice noodles)
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, minced garlic, brown sugar, and grated ginger to prepare the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Pour the garlic sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Add the cooked noodles to the skillet and toss to combine.
- Drizzle with sesame oil, season with salt and pepper, and garnish with chopped green onions. Serve hot.
Notes
For best results, serve immediately and consider adding sesame seeds for crunch. Adjust the garlic for stronger flavor if desired.
