- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
- 4 large flour tortillas
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Mix until it resembles wet sand and set aside.
- In another bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form and fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread a generous layer of cream cheese mixture over each tortilla.
- Sprinkle some graham cracker mixture over the cream cheese layer and arrange sliced strawberries on top.
- Roll each tortilla tightly and seal the edges.
- Chill the rolled tortillas in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
- After chilling, slice into sushi-like pieces and serve on a platter.
Notes
For best results, use softened cream cheese for a smooth filling, and chill the rolls before slicing for clean cuts.
