  • 6 cups Fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 cups Strawberries, sliced
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup Walnuts or pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine fresh spinach leaves, sliced strawberries, crumbled feta cheese, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped walnuts or pecans in a large bowl.
  2. Whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper in a small bowl to create the dressing.
  3. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving and toss gently to combine everything evenly.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy your fresh, vibrant dish!

Notes

Using fresh, in-season strawberries will enhance the sweetness of the salad. Dress just before serving to keep the spinach crisp.
