Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar

  • 1/2 cup edible cookie dough
  • 4 oz white chocolate, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually blend the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well incorporated.
  5. Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
  6. In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the additional vanilla extract and edible cookie dough.
