Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
- In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract.
- Gradually blend the flour mixture into the butter mixture until well incorporated.
- Press the dough evenly into the bottom of the prepared springform pan and bake for 10-12 minutes until lightly golden. Allow to cool completely.
- In a separate bowl, beat together the cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Stir in the additional vanilla extract and edible cookie dough.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cooled cookie crust, smoothing the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Drizzle melted white chocolate over the top before serving.
