Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup crushed sugar cookies
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup vanilla coating (or white chocolate)
  • Festive sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine crushed sugar cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
  2. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until they are firm.
  4. Melt the vanilla coating or white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
  5. Dip each truffle into the melted coating, making sure they’re evenly coated, then return to the baking sheet.
  6. Sprinkle festive decorations on top before the coating sets.
