Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed sugar cookies and softened cream cheese until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the balls for about 30 minutes until they are firm.
- Melt the vanilla coating or white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.
- Dip each truffle into the melted coating, making sure they’re evenly coated, then return to the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle festive decorations on top before the coating sets.
- Allow to cool completely before serving or gifting.
