- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste or powder
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chili paste, rice vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
- Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
