Description

A flavorful dish combining sweetness from honey and a kick of spiciness, making for a crispy and tender baked cauliflower.


Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste or powder
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, chili paste, rice vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
