  • 1 pound green beans, ends trimmed
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the diced sweet potatoes and trimmed green beans together.
  3. Pour the olive oil over the vegetables, then sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
