Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- During the last few minutes of grilling, add the diced pineapple to the grill.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with caramelized pineapple.
