Description

A delightful Sweet Spicy Chicken Dinner with a marinade of brown sugar, pineapple juice, and chili powder, topped with caramelized pineapple.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup fresh pineapple, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix the brown sugar, soy sauce, pineapple juice, chili powder, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  3. Add the chicken breasts to the marinade and let it sit for 20-30 minutes.
  4. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
  5. During the last few minutes of grilling, add the diced pineapple to the grill.
  6. Serve the grilled chicken topped with caramelized pineapple.
