Ingredients
- Ramen noodles
- Soy sauce
- Chili sauce
- Brown sugar or honey
- Vegetable oil
- Mixed vegetables (such as bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- Green onions
- Garlic (optional)
- Sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the Ramen Noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a large pan or wok, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat.
- If using garlic, add minced garlic to the pan for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Toss in mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, chili sauce, and brown sugar or honey to prepare the sauce.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles to the pan with the sautéed vegetables and pour the prepared sauce over the top.
- Gently toss everything together and heat for 2-3 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
Notes
Don’t overcook the noodles and use fresh vegetables for the best flavor. Customize your spice level based on personal preference.
