- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can corn, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 can tomato sauce
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 2 cups beef broth

- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, avocado, cilantro
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef and onion over medium heat until the beef is fully cooked.
- Drain any excess fat from the pot.
- Stir in the black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, taco seasoning, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot with optional toppings.
