- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon ginger powder

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey. Cook until browned, breaking it up as it cooks.
- Once the turkey is browned, add your mixed vegetables and stir-fry until tender.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, honey (or maple syrup), rice vinegar, cornstarch, garlic powder, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Pour the sauce over the turkey and veggies, stirring well to combine.
- Allow it to cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens up.
- Serve over cooked rice or quinoa, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions if desired.
