Instructions
- Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Add the cleaned shrimp to the marinade and toss to ensure they are coated evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each shrimp.
- Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.
- Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.
Notes
