Description

A tantalizing dish that combines succulent shrimp with a zesty marinade, perfect for grilling.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Add the cleaned shrimp to the marinade and toss to ensure they are coated evenly. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated shrimp onto skewers, leaving a bit of space between each shrimp.
  5. Grill the shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side or until they turn pink and opaque.
  6. Remove the skewers from the grill and sprinkle freshly chopped parsley on top before serving.

Notes

Using high-quality fresh shrimp will enhance the flavor. Do not marinate for more than 2 hours to prevent mushiness.
