Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Rinse the rice under cold water until the water runs clear.

  4. Add the rinsed rice to the pan, stirring to coat the grains with the butter and spices.

  6. Reduce the heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 18-20 minutes or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
  7. Remove from heat and let it sit for an additional 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and garnish with parsley if desired.
