Description

  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together Nutella, softened butter, and brown sugar until smooth.
  3. Incorporate the eggs and vanilla extract, stirring until blended.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in mini marshmallows carefully to keep their texture intact.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving 2 inches of space.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and the center is soft.
  9. Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

Add extra marshmallows on top before baking for increased gooeyness. Consider serving with ice cream or dusted with powdered sugar.
