Description

Turkey Cheddar Roll Ups are a quick, high-protein, low-carb snack or lunch idea made with deli turkey, cheddar cheese, and optional veggies or dips.


Ingredients

6 slices of deli turkey breast

4 slices of cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons cream cheese or hummus (optional)

1/2 cup baby spinach or vegetables (optional)


Instructions

1. Lay turkey slices flat on a clean surface.

2. Place one slice of cheddar on each.

3. Spread cream cheese or hummus if using.

4. Add baby spinach or thinly sliced veggies.

5. Roll each tightly and secure with a toothpick.

6. Slice into rounds or serve whole.

Notes
