- 1 cup whipped topping (like Cool Whip)
- 1 package (3.9 oz) instant chocolate pudding mix
- 1 3/4 cups cold milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce
- 1/4 cup chocolate sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter. Mix until sandy, then press into a 9×13-inch dish. Chill in the refrigerator.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in whipped topping until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together pudding mix and cold milk until thick, about 2-3 minutes. Spread over the cream cheese layer.
- Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding, then sprinkle with pecans and drizzle with caramel and chocolate sauces.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. Slice into squares and serve chilled.
