- 2 stalks celery, finely diced
- 1/2 cup red grapes, halved (optional)
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely minced
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Place the shredded chicken in a medium mixing bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, dried dill, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add the diced celery, minced red onion, and halved grapes (if using) to the bowl with the chicken.
- Pour the Greek yogurt dressing over the chicken and vegetable mixture.
- Use a spatula or spoon to gently fold all ingredients together until the chicken is evenly coated.
- Taste the salad and adjust salt or pepper as needed.
- Chill for at least 10 minutes before serving for best flavor or serve immediately.
