Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb seafood (such as shrimp, crab, and scallops)
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
  • 1/2 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 package refrigerated cheddar biscuit dough
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they are translucent.
  3. Add the frozen mixed vegetables and seafood to the pan, cooking until the seafood is opaque.
  4. Stir in the heavy cream, chicken or seafood broth, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
  5. Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
  6. Unroll the cheddar biscuit dough and break it into pieces. Place the pieces on top of the seafood mixture for a rustic look.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

Use a mix of seafood for a richer flavor. Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences.
