Ingredients

- 1 lb seafood (such as shrimp, crab, and scallops)
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups chicken or seafood broth
- 1/2 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 package refrigerated cheddar biscuit dough
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they are translucent.
- Add the frozen mixed vegetables and seafood to the pan, cooking until the seafood is opaque.
- Stir in the heavy cream, chicken or seafood broth, Old Bay seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer.
- Transfer the seafood mixture to a baking dish.
- Unroll the cheddar biscuit dough and break it into pieces. Place the pieces on top of the seafood mixture for a rustic look.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the biscuits are golden brown.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
