Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate: Start by chopping the white chocolate into small pieces. Gently melt it using a double boiler or microwave in short bursts, stirring in between.
- Make the Cream Mixture: In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, orange zest, orange extract, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, and a pinch of salt. Beat until smooth.
- Combine the Mixtures: Once the white chocolate has cooled slightly, stir it into the cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated.
- Chill: Cover the mixture and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
- Form and Decorate the Truffles: Scoop small portions and roll into balls. Decorate as desired.
- Final Chill: Refrigerate the truffles for another 30 minutes before serving.
