Description
A delightful twist on traditional tiramisu, combining white chocolate and fresh raspberries for a sweet and tart dessert.
Ingredients
Scale
- 12 ladyfingers
- 1 cup brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup mascarpone cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 ounces white chocolate, melted
- 1 cup fresh raspberries
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the cooled coffee and 1 tablespoon of sugar. Dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture for a second, ensuring they are soaked but not soggy.
- In another bowl, mix together mascarpone cheese, melted white chocolate, remaining sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold gently into the mascarpone mixture.
- In a serving dish, create a layer of soaked ladyfingers, followed by a layer of the mascarpone mixture, and sprinkle fresh raspberries on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the mascarpone mixture.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving. Enjoy!
Notes
Consider using flavored coffee or adding a splash of liqueur for extra flavor. Ensure you chill the dessert for the best results.
