- 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda

- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened butter with both sugars until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then mix in the vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually add this mixture to the wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in the chocolate chips and crushed peppermint candies.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Drop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the sheets and bake for 12-14 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before transferring to wire racks.
Notes
