Description
Quick and flavorful steak bites cooked in the air fryer with garlic butter.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb beef steak (sirloin or tenderloin), cut into bite-sized pieces
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine steak bites with garlic butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well coated.
- Place the steak bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
- Remove from air fryer, garnish with fresh parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, let the steak bites marinate for at least 30 minutes in the garlic butter mixture before cooking. Keep an eye on the cooking time, as smaller bites will cook faster. Use a meat thermometer to check the steak’s internal temperature.
