Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then sear them until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine fresh cranberries, orange juice, orange zest, chicken broth, and sugar. Stir well.
- Place the seared chicken in a baking dish and pour the cranberry-orange mixture over the top.
- Sprinkle thyme over the dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cranberries burst.
