Description
Creamy crack chicken gnocchi is a rich, cheesy one-pan dinner featuring tender chicken, soft gnocchi, bacon, ranch seasoning, and cheddar.
Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
4 oz cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 packet ranch seasoning
1/2 cup cooked chopped bacon
16 oz potato gnocchi
1 cup chicken broth
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
1. Cook bacon until crispy. Set aside.
2. In a large skillet, sauté garlic in butter or oil over medium heat.
3. Add cooked chicken and ranch seasoning. Stir to combine.
4. Add cream cheese and chicken broth. Stir until melted and smooth.
5. Stir in gnocchi and simmer for 5–6 minutes, until tender.
6. Add cheddar and bacon. Stir until melted and creamy.
7. Season with salt and pepper. Top with parsley and serve.
Notes
Use rotisserie chicken for quicker prep.
Add spinach or sun-dried tomatoes for extra flavor.
Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 4 days.
Reheat gently with a splash of milk or broth to restore creaminess.
