A simple and flavorful slow-cooked chicken lo mein that’s perfect for weeknight dinners.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 8 oz lo mein noodles
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, broccoli)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- In a slow cooker, combine the sliced chicken, mixed vegetables, garlic, and ginger.
- In a separate bowl, mix the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil. Pour the sauce over the chicken and veggies.
- Cook on low for 360-420 minutes or high for 180-240 minutes.
- About 30 minutes before serving, cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions. Drain and add them to the slow cooker. Toss everything together.
- Serve garnished with sliced green onions.
Notes
For added flavor, let the sauce sit for a few minutes before pouring it over the chicken. You can add more vegetables or use frozen ones for convenience.
