- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can kidney beans, drained
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 packet ranch seasoning
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain any excess fat.
- Add the black beans, kidney beans, diced tomatoes, beef broth, corn, taco seasoning, and ranch seasoning to the pot.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients and bring to a simmer.
- Let it simmer for about 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, and serve hot.
