- 8 oz bowtie pasta
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add ground beef to the skillet, cooking until browned; drain excess fat.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a light simmer.
- Mix in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve warm.
Notes
Use freshly grated Parmesan cheese for the best flavor. Reserve some pasta water if the sauce is too thick.
