Description

Juicy Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls made with ribeye steak, peppers, onions, cheese, and low carb rolls. A comforting keto dinner idea.


Ingredients

Scale

1 pound ribeye steak thinly sliced

1 onion sliced

1 bell pepper sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 keto friendly rolls almond flour or coconut flour based

4 slices provolone or mozzarella cheese

Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

1. Slice ribeye steak thin and season with salt and pepper

2. Heat olive oil in skillet and sauté onions and peppers until soft then set aside

3. Cook steak on high heat until browned then combine with vegetables

4. Slice open keto rolls and fill with steak mixture then top with cheese

5. Bake at 375°F for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts and rolls turn golden

Notes

Use fathead dough for a homemade low carb roll

Add mushrooms or jalapeños for extra flavor
