- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 8 slices of bacon, cut in half
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each chicken piece in half a slice of bacon and secure it with a toothpick.
- Dip each wrapped chicken bite into the maple mixture, coating well.
- Place the bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the chicken is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, try using thick-cut bacon and consider a pinch of cayenne for spice. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
