Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 can refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Olive oil, for brushing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into squares.
  3. Place a few pepperoni slices, a spoonful of mozzarella cheese, and a little pizza sauce in the center of each square.
  4. Pinch the dough corners together to seal the filling inside.
  5. Place the dough balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with additional pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

Make sure the dough is sealed well to prevent the filling from leaking. Experiment with different cheeses or meats for a customized flavor.
