Description

Delicious soft cookies featuring a melty Hershey’s Kiss in the center, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 24 Hershey’s Kisses, unwrapped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
  3. Beat in the milk and vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
  5. Roll the dough into balls and place them on a lined baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly golden.
  7. Remove from the oven and immediately press a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each cookie.
  8. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.

Notes

Consider chilling the dough if it’s too sticky. Store the unbaked dough in the fridge for up to a week.
